This unit has been completely updated with a beautiful new porcelain tile floor and all new stainless steel kitchen appliances.
The bedroom is furnished with an extremely comfortable king-sized Case Study bed with all white 100% cotton linens, European duvet, and king size pillows. Of course, the duvet covers are washed after each stay so they are fresh for you. Black out drapes guarantee a restful night of sleep with complete privacy.
The bedroom opens to a private patio accessed through expansive 12 foot sliding doors with screens. There you will find a small dining table and gas grill ready for your dining pleasure.

This is a gem— perfect balance between boutique hotel professionalism and mom’n’pop b’n’b. Private, clean, beautifully appointed, functional amenities, great location, stunning view of San Jacinto Mountains, and a lovely salt water pool. We would definitely return!

Great place. Indoor outdoor living at its finest. Great unique pieces of furniture and real art. Loved it. Private outdoor patio was great. Slept with the doors open. So peaceful. Birds!!! Loved the mid-century building. Care put into all of the design. AND the unit wasn’t rented the next night, so they pro-actively reached out and said we were welcome to stay until 6pm. This allowed a late afternoon swim before our flight and definitely was the cherry on top of a great trip. Above and beyond there. GREAT!

A most excellent getaway spot! Lovely, quiet, clean, stylish, super easy check-in/out. Kind and attentive but not intrusive on-site hosts. Close (but probably not walking distance ) to everything you’d want. If you’re looking for a classic Palm Springs experience without screaming kids and rowdy revelers this is it. Needless to say, we can’t wait to go back.
